Any artwork submitted in an incomplete state will require a re-quotation and the print prices indicated for the product will not apply.

We accept files from all major Mac OS and Windows applications

We accept files from the following applications Mac OS and Windows, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator Adobe In Design, Adobe Photoshop, Quark Xpress, Corel Draw, Print ready PDF settings, and Distiller. Got a different format Kindly call us at 1300 797 432 for further help.

We require document page sizes to be as listed as in BC 89mm x 54mm, DL 98mm x 210mm, A6 103mm x 148mm, A5 148mm x 210mm, A4 210mm x 297mm, A3 297mm x 420mm, A2 420mm x 594mm, A1 594mm x 840mm.

For multiple page requirements kindly supply each page as a separate print-ready PDF in sequence. 

Example: For Double sided DL leaflet a two-page print ready pdf file is advised. For A4 Magazine 4pp Cover + 96pp Text Provide a 100 page print-ready PDF where the first and second page will be the outer cover and inner cover respectively and the last 2 pages would be outer back and outer inner page respectively.

We request you to make sure there is minimum 2mm bleed placed on your Artwork

Please remember to supply us with all the relevant files for output such as fonts and graphic works to avoid print delay.

Please be job specific; clearly mention relevant designs to the appropriate job to be printed.

For large multi-page jobs please check for the required bleed on artwork in all classes.

Make sure all colors are nominated PMS or CMYK, depending upon the printing process by which your job will be printed.

Please note that certain Pantone colors are outside the printable color range of CMYK devices.

Do not depend upon the screen color please check your Pantone or CMYK specifications. Always indicate exact file & output size and the stock required.

Paper selection will greatly influence the integrity of your print. We recommended that you contact one of our sales consultants to discuss your objectives to ensure the ideal type and weight of the paper is selected to best represent your design and finished product. If delivery is urgent please check your deadline is achievable.
